The East Coast Django Gypsy Fest will return to the area June 1. Read about last year’s inaugural event. This year, festivities kick off at noon in Elicker’s Grove, 511 Roths Church Road, Jackson Township. The rain-or-shine festival will host local and international musicians performing music made popular by Gypsy jazz pioneer Django Reinhardt.
Tickets are $35 in advance and $45 at the gate. Kids 16 and younger will be admitted for free with a paying adult. Click here to get tickets. The event is family friendly, and will include a children’s play area. Some seating will be provided under cover. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
